Operations & Trip Coordinator
The Role
You will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring our trips run smoothly from concept to completion. You will also provide key support in team culture and HR.
Key Responsibilities
Trip Operations & Planning
Design and organize trips, creating itineraries that balance adventure, affordability, and accessibility.
Build partnerships with accommodations, transport providers, and local vendors to secure cost-effective packages.
Develop proposals, pricing structures, and manage logistics (bookings, schedules, and materials).
Handle on-the-ground adjustments and provide real-time problem solving.
HR & Team Community
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of travel guides and interns.
Organize training sessions to ensure high-quality participant experiences.
Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment through engagement and team-building events.
