If you’re planning your trip to OKTOBERFEST, here’s some useful info to help you!

Why are flights not included?

Our groups are always made of people from all over the world and we want to give the chance to everyone to join us, no matter what airport they depart from!

Buying a Flight

When buying a flight make sure to buy the best time range you can get.

Recommendations of websites to buy cheap tickets:

  • Skyscanner
  • Google Flights
  • Kayak

We suggest to use these platforms to compare prices and then book directly on the airline website (ex: Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling, etc).

Does the trip include tickets to the Oktoberfest festival?

Yes! Our Yes-Trips Leaders will show you in the morning how to get into the festival. Only 30 percent of the tables are reserved so they will show you to right areas to get a table.

Are there shower facilities at the campsite?

Yes, our campsite is equipped with shower facilities to ensure you can stay fresh and comfortable throughout your stay. You’ll have access to clean showers.

What should I bring?

Pack light but smart. You’ll need the basics for camping and:

  • Clothes for both warm days and chilly nights plus weatherproof clothing if it rains
  • Towel, toiletries and personal essentials
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Portable charger (a lifesaver at festivals)
  • ID and cash/card
  • Comfortable shoes for walking around Munich
  • Lederhosen or Dirndl (or rent one with us for the full vibe)
Do I need a table?

Yes. Without a table you won’t be able to order a drink or a meal in the tents. However you don’t need it. Only 30 percent of the tables are reserved and we arrive early enough to get one.

When does Oktoberfest 2026 take place?

This year Oktoberfest will take place from the 19th of September until the 4th of October.

Is Oktoberfest expensive?

Depending on where you come from it can be a little bit more expensive than what you are used to. A liter of specially made beer costs around 12 to 13 euro depending on the tent you visit, and a meal costs around 10 to 15 euro.

I am not a student, can I still join?

Yes, of course! Anyone can join our trips.

Cancelation policy

Unfortunately once you bought a ticket you can’t cancel your ticket, however it is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else.
