What is ESNOW
Imagine this: a snow-covered mountain peak, a group of friends ready to take on the slopes, and an amazing aprés ski party to fully end your day! This is what ESNOW is all about. For 4 days, we will take you to the Italian Alps with other Erasmus students from all over the world!
We are taking over the mountains of Bardonecchia in Italy where we are going to party like we know how to.

What is included?
In order to make sure you get the most out of ESNOW, we will organize the following things for you.
Transport and Accommodation
You can count on us to take you safely to the mountains with our experienced bus drivers. When we arrive, all students will be staying in apartments
Ski pass
ESNOW is all about enjoying the mountains so a ski pass is essential. First time skiing? No worries, we can organize your very first class for you.
Party
After a full day of snow and skiing, it is time to unwind at our aprés ski. You will meet people from all over the world with an amazing Dj’s that will make sure you won’t stop dancing all night!
The student packages
As an international Erasmus student you want to make the most out of your experience, preferably by keeping things within your limited budget. Our packages do just that so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

The Program
Your ESNOW is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so we put together a program to maximize your experience. This is what the ESNOW looks like:
Wednesday 6th of March:
Evening departure 🚌
Thursday 7th of March:
Arrive and check-in, explore the area ❄️
We will have a small welcome party! 🎉
Friday 8th of March:
Ski day ⛷️
Cook a nice dinner in your apartment and get to know your roommates or go for dinner at one of the many spots the town has to offer 🏔️
Saturday 9th of March
Get the most out of your ski pass and rise early. Explore the mountains on your snowboard or skis 🏂
When you had enough of the snow come and warm up at the Aprés Ski Party! 🍻
Sunday 10th March
Everyone has to check out in the morning 👝
When the afternoon comes, it is time to say goodbye and head back home 🏡
Monday 11th of March
Arrive back at your city of departure early morning! 📍

FAQs
I don’t have the necessary material, can I rent it?
Yes, sure! A variety of ski rental shops are available in the resort. We will add this as extra service on our shop soon!
I have never skied before, can I still join the trip?
Of course! We do recommend you book a ski/snowboard class to get the basic skills under control. Group and individual classes for any ski level will be available for purchase in our shop soon!
I’m not a student, can I join?
Yes, sure! You don’t have to be a student or part of ESN to join. Just make sure to mention it on the shop!
