Deposits:

With only 100 euros you can reserve your spot and maintain the price of the first release ticket  (1599 euros) 

Payment Schedule:

• First Installment: 33% of the total trip cost, due at the time of booking / If you paid the deposit first it will be deducted from the first installment. To be paid until the 4th of October

• Second Installment: 33% of the total trip cost, due 4th of November 2024.

• Third Installment: 34% of the total trip cost, due 6th of January 2025.

Booking Confirmation:

• The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the first installment.

Late Payments:

• A late fee of 5% of the overdue amount will be applied to payments received after the due date.

• If the second installment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the booking may be canceled, and the first installment will be forfeited.

• If the third installment is not received within 3 days of the due date, the booking may be canceled, and all previous payments will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy:

• 100 euros deposit are NOT refundable

• In case you need to cancel your ticket, you can do it and get a full refund until 31st of October 2024 by sending an email to info@yes-trips.com with “cancellation Brazil trip” as subject.

After this date, cancellation with refund is not possible, yet you will always have the possibility to resell your ticket, and of course we can help you out with that.

Sambodromo is the stadium for the Samba schools parades during Carnaval in Brazil. The Sambadromo generally consists of tiered spectator viewing areas surrounding a long alley for the schools to parade down.

The Samba schools promote the Brazilian–African dance form of Samba throughout the year. Several months before Carnival, they begin their preparations for the big parade.

The Samba schools mainly consist of volunteers from the local neighborhoods. Money is raised from the sales of their school’s tickets for the Samba Parade or by sponsorship.

You can arrive and depart at any time on the arrival and departure dates of the trip! Those days are mostly filled with free time to ensure you don't miss a thing!

The trip is confirmed only when the minimum number of participants is reached. When this occurs, you will be notified by email.
