This year, ESN The Netherlands, ESN Belgium, and ESN Luxembourg are taking more than 800 students to Prague 
from November 20th to 24th.

TRIP Highlights

This is the biggest Erasmus trip of the semester. Buses roll out across NL + BE, hostels are full of internationals, and every day brings tours, parties, and stories you’ll keep forever. With ESN and student leaders setting it up, all you need to do is show up.

📝 Note – Meet Us There Package:

Same program! We’ll meet you in Prague on the 21st and say goodbye on the 23rd. You’re free to arrive and leave whenever suits you. Check-in starts at 15:00 on Day 2, and check-out is until 10:00–11:00 on Day 4. * You can leave your bags at the hostel and enjoy Sunday with us until the evening.

We roll out from NL-BE and Lux 🚌. Meet your crew, load the buses, and get hyped for the road to Prague.

Day 2 – Prague

City walking tour

Boat Party

Arrival in the city and straight into discovery. Drop your bags, join the first walking tour, and settle into the hostels. At night: pre-drinks, boat party on the Vltava, and the legendary 5-story club Karlovy Lazne.

Day 3 – Party and explore Prague

Pub crawl

Cultural tours, day trips, workshops, brewery tastings, or a scavenger hunt through the city 🗺️. Nothing’s mandatory, just book what you like, but activities need to be pre-booked!
By night, it’s time for a massive pub crawl + party with all Erasmus students 🥳.

Day 4 – Final tours & departure

Overnight bus

Check out, snap the big group photo in Old Town Square 📸, and explore the castle area 🏰. Free time for souvenirs or one last stroll. Evening buses head back home.

Day 5 – Arrival

Early monring arrival

Early morning arrival in NL-BE and lux. Sleepy but full of stories.

If you’re planning your trip to pRAGUE, here’s some useful info

You can re-sell your ticket to someone else. The important thing is that the new person who bought the ticket has the ticket with the QR code. It is not a problem if the ticket does not show the name of the person joining the trip.

🚌 Departure & Return Information
All buses will depart on Thursday evening, 20 November, with exact times depending on your city of departure.
To make sure you can attend your classes or work, the return is planned for early Monday morning.

Exact time and location will be sent 2 weeks before departure


Please note that these are estimated times, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Before the trip starts you will receive an email with the detailed program of the trip. In the email, there will be a QR code to a WhatsApp chat where all the last-minute information will be communicated by the trip leaders!
