Booking a flight:
When buying a flight make sure to buy the best time range you can get. Recommendations of websites to buy cheap tickets:

We suggest to use these platforms to compare prices and then book directly on the airline website (ex: Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling, etc)
I purchased a ticket but I can’t go anymore. What can I do?
You can re-sell your ticket to someone else. You can change the details of the participants on the booking platform. Just click on the button on the confirmation email you received when you booked!
How do I get the detailed information and timings of the trip?
Before the trip starts you will receive an email with the detailed program of the trip. In the email, there will be a QR code to a WhatsApp chat where all the last-minute information will be communicated by the trip leaders
I haven’t received the last information email with the details of the trip. What do I do?
