The Tents

Our 2 or 4 person tents are ready to use with a sleeping bag, an air mattress, and a pillow. All you have to do is just fall asleep.  The package also includes a hearty breakfast, a perfect way to start another Oktoberfest-day!

When is Oktoberfest?

The name Oktoberfest might be a little confusing as the majority of the festival is in September. It traditionally ends after 21 days on the first weekend of October.

The 2023 edition will take place from the 16th of September till the 3rd of October in Munich

There are multiple version of Oktoberfest all over the world, however the one and only original version is in Munich. To really enjoy Bavarian culture it is the place to be for the real experience.

How do we celebrate Oktoberfest?

As it is a festival that is more than 180 years old, there are a lot of traditions surrounding the event. From the clothes to the food, everything has stayed the same for ages. Our guides will make sure you know the true Bavarian way of celebrating Oktoberfest

The package

Starting at €65 per night we will show you the best Oktoberfest has to offer, all you have to do is show up. This package includes the following:

  • Accommodation in a tent including sleeping bag, air mattress and pillow

  • After parties with Erasmus students from all over the world on the weekend

  • A team of guides to show you to the festival

How to get there?

By car you can reach us from all directions take the eastern circle highway A99 untill the highway intersection “München Ost” (Munich east) and follow direction “München” (Munich). Take the exit “Daglfing” and then follow the signs “Olympia Reitanlage” or “Wies’n Camp”. Adress to put in the navigation system: Schichtlstrasse 46-48, 81929 Munich. The entrance to the campsite is at Landshamer Strasse corner Schichtlstrasse.

By train you can take the Bahn line S2 in direction “Erding” or “Markt Schwaben” from the main train station take the S-and get off at the stop “Riem”. Follow from there the signs “Wies’n camp”.

If you are coming in by plane take the S-Bahn line S8 from Munich airport and get off at “Leuchtenbergring”. Change into the S2 in direction “Erding” or “Markt Schwaben” and get off at the stop “Riem”. Follow from there the signs “Wies’n camp”.
