Unique Spanish tradition in Rioja!
What is San Vino?
San Vino is an annual event between the 27th and 30th of June and takes place in the La Rioja province of Spain. Known locally as Batalla del Vino or San Vino. Thousands of thirsty local and wild tourists climb a mountain and throw wine all over each other.
Join us for this 4-day trip. The main day is the 28th of June, we start the day climbing the mountain and finish the day with an after party. At the campsite, you have different activities during the day and night.
And don’t worry, wine lovers, it’s not a waste! This is the wine that wasn’t good enough to be bottled
What to expect?
Festival
We’re going to the official San Vino festival on the 28th of June with a huge group of international students! Don’t forget to bring white clothes!
Accommodation
We stay in a campsite called “El Haro” with a variety of deluxe camping and teepee options with bedding provided.
Parties
What is the best way to mix a lot of people together? Throw a big party! Every night, everyone will get together with unlimited beer and sangria till the sun comes up.
