Some trips have cancellation policy and some don’t. Look at the FAQ of the trip you are booking. If its not possible to cancel due to policy reasons or dates, you can re-sell your ticket to someone else. The important thing is that the new person who bought the ticket has the ticket with the QR code. It is not a problem if the ticket does not show the name of the person joining the trip.

Our groups are always made of people from all over the world and we want to give the chance to everyone to join us, no matter what airport they depart from!

When buying a flight make sure to buy the best time range you can get.

Before the trip starts you will receive an email with the detailed program of the trip. In the email, there will be a QR code to a WhatsApp chat where all the last-minute information will be communicated by the Yes-trips guides.
