Every semester, all the Dutch ESN sections go on an amazing journey together to one of the major cities in Europe. The whole weekend is filled with activities, tours, parties and with lots of new friends from all over the world. Past destinations have been Prague, Berlin, Kings day in Amsterdam and Krakow, with the largest trip taking over 1300 international Erasmus students to Prague.
In 2024 we are taking over Prague from the 14th of November till the 18th. The ticket sale starts on the 1st of October at 19h

What are we going to do?
The ESN national activity is a very big trip with lots of possibilities. Here are some of the things that we organize together with the national board of ESN The Netherlands and the local Dutch ESN sections.
The activities
The local ESN sections will organize various cultural activities for you. Some examples are: a tasty dinner with local specialties, museum visits, city games or excursions to amazing places. Nothing is mandatory, just join whatever activity you feel like!
Accommodation
This trip is all about mixing and mingling with other international Erasmus students from other cities. Hence, everyone will stay in various hostels around the city that we completely take over.
Parties
What is the best way to mix a lot of people together? Throw a big party! Every night, all Erasmus students will get together at a local venue and dance till the sun comes up.

The price of the trip is € 189 and includes the following:

What is included?
The program
Your national trip is something very special, so we want to help you make the most out of it. Even though the schedule is different per city and destination, here is how it generally looks like:
Departure cities and schedules will be sent 2 weeks prior to the departure date
Thursday evening: 14th of November

Arrival in Prague and drop off at the central station🚌

We are going to visit the oldest pub in Prague. From 1375, when the tavern was first opened, kings and smugglers used to come here. It is said that Czech kings used secret passages from the castle to get into the tavern and get drunk to forget their problems about Czech lands. Magister Kelly and Arcimboldo, Jaroslav Hašek and Karel Čapek, Mozart and Ondřej Soukup all used to drink here.

Trip to the biggest concentration camp in Czech Republic.
The price includes transport by private bus to the location and entrance to the Camp with guided tour.Meeting time: 9:30 (back in Prague in the early afternoon)

Description: Trip to the famous Bones Church, a chapel decorated with human skulls and bones in Kutná Hora.
The price includes transport by private bus to the location and entrance to the 2 churches in Sedlec. The bus will be back in Prague around 16:00/17:00Meeting time: 10:00 (back around 16:00)

A workshop on the making of different chocolate pralines and their tasting, should take around 30-45min

Participants will form teams, solve clues, and visit Prague’s famous landmarks within a set time. This event fosters teamwork, social interaction, and cultural learning in an interactive format. The winner will get a small prize.

Head up Patrin Hill, heck out the historic Patrin Tower and have fun in the Mirror Maze. After that, relax at the beer gardens with an awesome view of the city. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink and enjoy the scenery.

The best way to explore the city by night is a pubcrawl! A massive tour with 3 pubs or clubs, 3 shots and entrance to one of the best clubs in Prague the Epic club! This is the night activity you cannot miss.

You can re-sell your ticket to someone else. The important thing is that the new person who bought the ticket has the ticket with the QR code. It is not a problem if the ticket does not show the name of the person joining the trip.

Before the trip starts you will receive an email with the detailed program of the trip. In the email, there will be a QR code to a WhatsApp chat where all the last-minute information will be communicated by the Yes-trips guides.
