Bucket List Trip

If you’re planning your trip to jordan, here’s some useful info!

Our Trips include “The Jordan Pass” which provides hassle-free entry to over 40 of Jordan’s tourist attractions including Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum, and much more. The Pass also includes the cost of your tourist entry visa.

Jordan pass covers the visa fee for many countries and they are listed here: https://www.handyvisas.com/jordan-pass/

If you’re from a country that is not mentioned in the list, you will have to apply for the Visa on your own and the expense is not included in the trip package.

Our groups are always made of people from all over the world and we want to give the chance to everyone to join us, no matter what airport they depart from!

When buying a flight make sure to buy the best time range you can get. Recommendations of websites to buy cheap tickets:

Skyscanner
Google Flights
Kayak

We suggest to use these platforms to compare prices and then book directly on the airline website (ex: Ryanair, EasyJet, Vueling, etc)

Queen Alia International Airport is located about 35 km south of downtown Amman, and there are several reliable ways to reach the city centre after your flight:

• Taxi or private transfer (fastest): Taxis and private transfers are available right outside the arrivals area. The ride to the city centre usually takes 30–45 minutes depending on traffic and drops you off directly at your hotel or accommodation.

• Airport shuttle bus (budget-friendly): The Sariyah Express bus runs from outside the terminal to Amman’s main bus hubs multiple times per hour. The bus journey typically takes around 45–60 minutes and costs only a few Jordanian dinars. From the bus stops, you can take a short taxi or local transport to your final destination if needed.

• Rideshare services: Uber, Careem, and similar apps also operate from the airport, offering door-to-door transfers with pickup points in the arrivals area.

Most travelers choose a taxi or shuttle because they are straightforward and easy for first-time arrivals. Booking a private transfer ahead of time is also an option if you want a driver waiting for you when you land.

Transport information is correct at the time of writing but may be subject to change due to local schedules or availability.

Here’s a quick list of essentials to make the most of your Jordan adventure:

  • Comfortable walking shoes (Petra involves a lot of walking)
  • Swimsuit (for the Dead Sea)
  • Sunscreen & sunglasses
  • Light jacket or sweater (desert evenings get cool)
  • Plug adapter
  • Toiletry bag
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Cash (small shops and tips)
  • Mosquito/bug repellent

…and of course, good vibes!

Jordan is a Muslim-majority country, but Christians, Jews and people of various beliefs also coexist peacefully here. There is no law requiring women to wear hijab, but there is an expectation to dress respectfully – it’s best to avoid low-cut and shoulder-baring tops, short skirts, and shorts. If you plan to visit a place of worship, both men and women must cover knees and shoulders, and women are typically expected to cover their hair, chest and neck.

Yes, of course! Everyone can join our trips.

We do not have a cancellation policy for this trip. You can resell your tickets to someone else.

Every story startes with day one.
