Q: I purchased a ticket but I can't go anymore. What can I do?

You can re-sell your ticket to someone else. The important thing is that the new person who bought the ticket has the ticket with the QR code. It is not a problem if the ticket does not show the name of the person joining the trip.

TRIP Highlights

This is the biggest Erasmus trip of the semester. Buses roll out across the Netherlands, hostels fill with international students, and every day brings city tours, cultural activities, parties, and new friends from all over the world. With ESN and trained student leaders organizing everything, all you need to do is show up and enjoy.

Day 1 – Night Departure

Departure in the evening from mulitple cities across the Netherlands. Meet your fellow travelers, get to know your ESN leaders, and settle in for the overnight journey to Copenhagen.

Day 2 – Copenhagen

Drop your luggage at the hostel, grab breakfast, freshen up, and start exploring the city.
In the afternoon, join the Yes-Trips city tour through Copenhagen’s canals, squares, and iconic sights.
At night, meet at the hostel common area to get to know each other and get ready for the first big night out.

Day 3 – Copenhagen

Massive pub crawl

During the day, ESN sections and Yes-Trips organize a variety of activities — some free, some for a small fee. Cultural tours, city walks, museums, and local experiences are all on offer. Optional activities have limited spots and require registration.
In the evening, join the massive Copenhagen pub crawl with hundreds of Erasmus students.

Day 4 – Final tours & departure

Check out from the hostel in the morning and leave your luggage in the common room.
Enjoy your last hours in Copenhagen or join final optional ESN tours like Christiania or Kastellet walks.
In the late afternoon, we board the buses back to the Netherlands. Time for goodbyes 👋
