🎯 Your Role
You’ll play a key part in the daily operations of the company — ensuring every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.
Trip Operations & Planning
• Design and organize trips from concept to completion, crafting itineraries that balance adventure, affordability, and accessibility.
• Build partnerships with accommodations, transport providers, local guides, and activity vendors to create unique, cost-effective packages.
• Develop proposals, offers, and pricing structures for new trips, ensuring quality experiences within budget.
• Manage logistics for each trip, including bookings, schedules, and preparation of materials for participants and guides.
• Handle on-the-ground adjustments and problem-solving to ensure smooth trips for everyone.HR & Team Community (Supportive Role)
•Assist with recruitment and onboarding for travel guides and interns, helping bring the right people into our team.
•Organize training sessions for guides to ensure outstanding participant experiences.
•Foster a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere through team-building activities and engagement events.

• A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
